Unit powers on, all the LEDs on the front come on and stay on, but it does not boot. No buttons responsive. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
