HP 3456A 6 1/2 Digit Digital Voltmeter - AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on, buttons are all responsive. Screen shows dashes "------" and will not change for voltage or resistance inputs, front or rear. The power button sticks and needs to be pulled out to cycle on and off. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
