Unit powers on, but the buttons/knobs/switches have no affect on measurements. The pilot lights on power on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
