Hewlett Packard HP 5342A Microwave Frequency Counter W/ Opt 002 004 011 - AS IS

Unit powers on, but the screen comes on with all dashes and no buttons are responsive. Not able to test further. The faceplate has defects and scratches and has yellowing. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
