Main unit powers on, tries to boot, but right before the Windows GUI shows up, the unit restarts. Repeats this over and over. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
