Unit powers on, but its flashing NO RPM. Unit has a rotor F45-24-11, but its stuck inside. Housing has cracks in it. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
