Unit does not power on, but multiple tubes appear to be burnt out. Unit is missing the protective cover. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
