Unit powers on and cools to the set temperature; however, water does not appear to be circulating. Possible pump malfunction. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
