Chroma 19073 AC/DC/IR Hipot Tester - AS IS For Parts

While adjusting parameters, the display intermittently froze, preventing further changes. None of the soft buttons resolved the issue—only a manual power cycle restored functionality. This occurred multiple times within a short span. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
