Cosmetically in good condition showing minor scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. Weather stripping on door is cut and missing sections. The door will not stay closed on it's own since the key for the door latch is missing, previously a strap was used to hold shut. Unit is missing key for control panel door.
