Unit powers on and the lamp is working, but the motor does not spin when activated and there is a slight burning smell from unit when the lamp is on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
