This item is fully tested, but the turning function has been disabled by removing the connecting rods to the shelves and screwing the shelves in place. Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty.
Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. The motor that normally turns the shelves is present and connected, just missing the connecting hardware to the shelves.
