Unit powers on and works, however, it will only boot to the recovery menu. When trying to install OS, got an error saying there was no authorized user. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
