Unit powers on and will boot to Windows 7, but it will randomly lock up and is very slow or nearly unresponsive most of the time. Hard drive LED is constantly showing seeking. After Windows boots, the software starts to load but never comes up. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
