Agilent Keysight 53230A Universal Frequency Counter / Timer 350MHz 20ps - AS IS

Tested and found to be partially functional. The unit accurately measures and displays frequency readings on both channels, and the display is bright, clear, and fully readable.

However, several front-panel buttons are non-functional, including Autoscale, Digits, Preset, Freq/Period, Graph, Gate, Trigger, Back, and the two far-right soft keys. All other tested buttons respond and operate as intended.

The unit is in fair cosmetic condition, with some visible corrosion around the screws and rear fan area, as well as minor scuffs and scratches from normal use. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
