Unit powers on and boots into the software. Screen is bright and readable. Unit accurately reads an input signal. However, the buttons are only partially responsive, and we were unable to access the System menu.
Buttons that respond but perform a different function:

For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
