Unit powers on, screen flashes all characters for a second, beeps once, then the screen goes blank. Buttons are not responsive and there is no output. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
