Unit powers on, but the screen never comes on. Buttons are not responsive. Only the light next to the Ref button comes on and stays on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
