Unit powers on, and unit cycles the menus and responds to buttons pushed, but the display has too many vertical lines making visibility difficult. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
