TThis unit has been tested, though the cable is frayed at the base. Cosmetically in fair/poor condition showing moderate to heavier discolorations, tape residue, pen markings, scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use, as well as our cleaning crew was not able to clean this as well as possible, it is very dirty with grime in all crevices.
