Unit is functional,  however, the top 1/4th of the screen is damaged. It looks like maybe water damage. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
